How to Withdraw Your Remaining Rummy App Balance

Last reviewed 2026-08-17

Cash play has stopped, but the money already in your wallet is still yours. Operators kept withdrawal flows open. The usual blocker is incomplete KYC or a name mismatch between your account and your bank.

What to do

  1. Open the app and check the wallet balanceWithdrawal is normally still available even after cash tables were removed. Do not uninstall the app before the money is out.
  2. Finish KYC if it is not already approvedPAN plus an address proof. Blurred photos and expired documents are the most common rejection reasons.
  3. Check that the payout account is in your own namePayouts go to a verified account matching your KYC name. A spouse's or parent's account will be rejected.
  4. Request the withdrawal and keep the reference numberScreenshot the confirmation. You will need the reference if you have to escalate.
  5. If nothing moves in a few working days, contact support in writingUse the in-app ticket so there is a record, and include the reference number and the amount.

Common questions

Can I still withdraw money after the ban?
Yes. Operators enabled wallet withdrawals when they discontinued cash play. The balance is yours; what stopped is new money play.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Normally a few hours to a couple of working days once KYC is approved. Longer delays usually mean a document or account-name problem rather than a queue.
Why is tax deducted?
TDS applies to net winnings under Indian law. The deducted amount appears in the tax statement inside the app.
Is my bonus balance withdrawable?
Generally no. Bonus and cash components are tracked separately and only the cash part can be paid out.
Should I uninstall the app?
Not until the money is out. Reinstalling later may be difficult if the app has been removed from the store.
